I know what it’s like to have my heart broken, date the same type of losers over and over and wonder if I’m going to be single for the rest of my life. I know what its like feel unlovable and not good enough.
I know what it’s like to have anxiety and negative thoughts raging through my head like a never-ending hamster wheel. I also know what it’s like to experience a traumatic event, which I know I’ll never be quite the same after.
I get you because I have been there! But I also know what it’s like to heal and come out the other side. I know what it’s like to learn self-love and as a result have a happy and healthy relationship. I understand what it’s like to take control of my anxiety and not have my anxiety/thoughts control me. Finally, I know that you can heal from trauma and live a life with a sense of peace and purpose.
